What you need to know about insurance:
Your medical and vision insurance may help cover costs of your eye care and eye wear. Vision care plans only cover routine wellness exams for glasses and help with cost of purchasing materials. They do not cover diagnosis, management, or treatment of eye diseases. If you have any medical conditions relating to your vision such as headaches, floaters, dry eyes, cataracts, diabetes, etc., your medical insurance should cover your medical eye exam for just your specialist copay.
Please bring both current medical and vision insurance cards with you to your appointment.
As a courtesy to our patients we will gladly file your insurance claim for your visit. However, we will ask for payment of co-pays and non-covered services at the time of your visit.
Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
